The photographs in this collection are not just frozen moments; they are fragments of memories, emotions, and aspirations from my high school years on the West Coast. Through a carefully crafted video with a soundscape, I weave together the still images with the raw and unfiltered voices of my youth, drawing from excerpts of my high school journals. Each frame tells a story, and collectively, they form a tapestry of adolescence. The voice over serves as a narrative thread that guides the viewer through the emotional terrain of my teenage existence. As an artist, I am captivated by the duality of adolescence, the juxtaposition of woes and wonders that define this period of life.
